The purpose of this project was to create a project that could potentially be picked up by ABC News on Campus. We used this assignment to gain knowledge on how to create a video broadcast and how to use video editing software such as Windows Movie Maker and Final Cut Pro. For the purposes of this assignment I used iMovie as I own a MacBook. During this project I learned how to write a audiovisual script, how to work with unknowns such as interviewees in order to get an ethically sound project, as well as how to edit video for a news broadcast.
